STEP 2.
Contact Insurance Company
Once your property has been inspected, a Toucan Project Manager will advise if a claim is warranted. If so, you will need to contact your insurance carrier and schedule an adjustment. Your Toucan PM will assist in detecting damage and providing construction advise on how to repair all applicable damage.
STEP 3.
Verify Details and Construction Begins!
After the Scope of Work is agreed upon by all parties, it’s time to pick color and quality of material to start your properties make over! Additional work can be estimated at an additional cost is desired. Toucan offers financing and several different payment options to complete your construction wish list!
